Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or email.

Schedule Your Initial Cleanup

Once you sign up for services a Sandhills Super Scooper representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.

Once you sign up for services a Sandhills Super Scooper representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.

Payment Method

All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Sandhills Super Scoopers will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

What to Expect On Your Service Day

On service day, expect professional and timely service from our dedicated team, ensuring a spotless yard every time.

Arrival Notification

Our friendly technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.

Cleaning Your Yard

Your professional scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the pet waste. Our team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed pet waste.

Safety Procedures

Once your yard is dog waste-free, your technician will upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs and animals.

Pet Waste Disposal

We ensure proper disposal of all pet waste in accordance to the local regulations. Technicians double bag the waste in proper disposal bins located in the back of their service trucks to be disposed of with our local Waste Management. This ensures compliance with local guidelines, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
